Workshop Report
Dr. Satish Kapoor proposed a vote of thanks. He stated that the workshop was a first step and many more initiatives would be taken by UBS in furthering issues on corporate governance. He invited suggestions for the conduct of such events in the future from Mr. Kuldeep Kaul and the alumni of UBS. He expressed thanks to the National Foundation for Corporate Governance (NFCG) in providing support in successful conduct of the workshop. He also extended his appreciation to all the participants, colleagues, junior research fellows in the successful conduct of the workshop. Thereafter, certificates were awarded to the participants of the workshop by the chief guest. Prof. S.C. Vaidya congratulated Dr. Suveera Gill for successfully organizing the event and thanked Mr. Kaul for gracing the occasion. Dr. Suveera Gill then announced the close of the workshop.
