CII organised the CII-IFC Workshop for Women Directors in partnership with International Finance Corporation (IFC). The full day workshop was scheduled on 28 June 2016 at Mumbai. The session was supported by Ministry of Finance, Japan. The structure of the workshop was designed to include topics that directly impact women directors viz., features of effective boards, board diversity and its impact on corporate performance, experience sharing, learning insights and hands on experience in asking the right questions in the board meetings.
